Original Paintings

Original paintings are carefully packaged before shipment to help protect the artwork during transit.

Processing time for original paintings is generally 2–5 business days before shipment. Larger paintings may require additional time for careful packaging.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available carrier service.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Art Prints & Made-to-Order Products

Art prints and products featuring my artwork are produced after an order is placed.

Production times vary by product and fulfillment provider. Most made-to-order products are generally prepared within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Local Pickup — Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

Free local pickup may be available for eligible orders in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, especially original paintings.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive pickup instructions after the order is confirmed and ready.

For privacy and security, the exact pickup location is not displayed publicly and will be provided directly to the customer after pickup arrangements are confirmed.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before traveling to the pickup location.

Multiple-Item Orders

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, the items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and circumstances outside my control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Damaged Packages

If an original painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

For other damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

  • your order number

  • clear photographs of the damaged item

  • photographs of the shipping package and packaging materials

I will work with you to resolve eligible shipping-damage issues.
